All reporting for the Google Customer Reviews program is managed within your Google Merchant Center account, not from within our app. Here's where to look and what you'll find.
Viewing your dashboard in Google Merchant Center
Sign in to your Google Merchant Center account and navigate to the Google Customer Reviews section (under Reviews in the navigation). You'll find a dashboard with key metrics:
Opt-ins received - The number of customers who opted in to the survey on a given day.
Surveys offered - The number of survey emails sent to your customers. Note that some customers who opt in may not receive a survey, and there is a delay between opt-in and survey delivery.
Survey responses received - The number of completed survey responses submitted on a given day.
Store rating - Your overall seller rating as displayed in the badge, search results, and Shopping ads for the selected time period.
Product Reviews (if enabled) - Information about your eligibility for Google Product Ratings, including the number of valid GTINs received and product reviews collected.
You can filter these metrics by country using the dropdown at the top of the dashboard.
How long before I see any activity?
It typically takes 3 to 5 days before any activity appears in the charts, even if customers have been opting in. This is normal as Google needs time to process opt-ins, send surveys, and collect responses.
Is there an inbox where I can read individual reviews?
No. There is no inbox or list of individual reviews within Google Merchant Center. Google Customer Reviews is designed as an aggregated feedback program. You can see overall stats and trends, but you cannot view, respond to, or manage individual reviews.
The reviews that appear on Google Store Pages are drawn from Google Customer Reviews data, but they're shown in a public, aggregated format. They are not a complete list of all reviews submitted, and they cannot be edited or replied to. These are distinct from Google Business Profile reviews, which do allow merchant responses.
Can I see who opted in?
No. Google does not share individual-level data about who opted in, who received a survey, or who completed one.
All reporting is anonymised and summarised at the account or country level. See Can I track who opted in? for more details on why this is the case.
